im trying to make an anime show but...

i dont know how...and i cant figure out how to make a flash when i have a plot in my head..plus i dont know where to make it..see my account (narutoboyd) to have the full summary of my show.
btw Brad Esposito for president!!
(hes a kitten if you dont watch anime on saturday nights on adult swim)...
